- The CTO (or assigned Privacy Lead) is responsible for overseeing data privacy compliance and ensuring the company follows our Privacy Program.
- We conduct regular privacy training for all employees covering FCRA, GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy laws, data security best practices, and incident response procedures.
b. Data Collection & Processing
- We maintain a Data Processing Inventory (DPI) that documents what data we collect, how it is processed, where it is stored, and who has access.
- Personal data is collected and processed only when there is a lawful basis, such as user consent, contractual necessity, or legitimate interest.
- Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational and legal purposes.
c. User Rights & Request Handling

- Our subprocessors utilize industry-standard security measures to protect cloud-hosted data.
